Shipments, Returns, and Refunds

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier of our choice. We may choose UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on the product.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the carrier. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Returns and Refunds

Software can be returned only if the following conditions are met:

  • Products that are sealed by the manufacturer have not been opened.
  • Products developed by Sprink and use our online activation system have not been successfully activated on any machines.

All electronic download purchases that do not activate via Sprink's online activation system cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

If you return an item that does not meet the above requirements we will not issue a refund. Instead, we will contact you and offer to re-ship the item you returned if you pay the additional shipping and handling charges.

 

All other (non-software) products are subject to the following guidelines in regards to returns and refunds:

  • Damaged items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Pay for shipping insurance if you feel that the carrier may damage the item in transit.
  • Products that were sealed by the manufacturer must still be in their original, manufacturer sealed package when returned.
  • Non-sealed products must contain all parts, manuals, accessories, etc. that were included in the original package.
