1. Where do I go to get a domain name?
You will need to find a domain registrar. There are many registrars out there and the prices for domain name registrations vary but you can usually get one for around $15 per year. Also, we are looking into allowing our customers to register domain names directly with us in the near future.
2. How long does it take to get set up with Sprink?
If you already have your domain name registered then the intial setup may take 24 to 48 hours but many times it takes only a few minutes. The reason for this is that you will need to change your domain's nameservers to point to us and it takes time for the internet to recognize this change.
3. Can I use my current website's design / template?
In a word, yes. Most designs and templates using valid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be converted to the Sprink CMS format in just a few minutes. Once you sign up just send us your templates and we'll convert it for you! Some templates may need special attention, ask us on live chat if you have any questions about this process or if you think your template may require special attention.
4. I have more than one layout for my website. Can I use all of them with Sprink's content management system?
Yes! Our content management suite is designed to handle any number of custom templates. In addition to the site's default template selection you can select a template for individual pages. You can even change a page's template after adding content. This is especially great for making seasonal design adjustments without much time or effort!
5. I don't have a design or template. Do you have pre-made templates for me to use?
Absolutely! You can even use one of our templates for now until you have your own design. Then you can easily switch from the pre-made template to the new design without having to rewrite or copy your content over!
6. I want a custom, professional design for my website. Can you do that for me?

7. I have an existing website, is there any way to set up my website on Sprink before sending my visitors to the new location?
Yes. You'll need to fill out a pre-move request form to initiate this process. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to set this up for you. When the setup is complete we will send you an e-mail with information on how to access the pre-move area for your website.
