Browse to Edit is a feature that is enabled once you log in as a content administrator / site administorator.

Once you have logged in, the system will show toolbars on every managed page that allow you to easily access content management tools without having to fight the complexity of a backend administrative interface. (For those who prefer a backend interface - well that's also available!)

What this means is that anyone who can click around to use a website is qualified to manage their own website content. Take a look at the demo below to see just how easy it really is!
